Synopsis

The ultimate refuge from uncertainty hides behind a microphone.

After a traumatic event shatters her reality, Klara’s life is reduced to the four walls of her bedroom. Diagnosed with agoraphobia and trapped in a severe anxiety crisis, the outside world has become hostile, impassable territory. Her only lifeline to the world, to light and hope, is a late-night radio show called «Sigue mi voz» (Follow My Voice), hosted by the warm, mysterious voice of Kang.

What begins as an escape mechanism and a painkiller for her sleepless nights gradually transforms into a vital need. Through the airwaves and shared words, Klara begins to find the courage to question the boundaries of her own isolation. A deeply moving exploration of vulnerability, navigating grief, and the healing power of human connection when pain threatens to extinguish everything.

Why is it in the directory? This work offers a raw yet deeply empathetic portrayal of the impact of self-imposed isolation, panic attacks, and agoraphobia. It proves that art and communication are often the very first windows that open toward mental healing.
